Q: Do free membership accounts expire?

A: No, your free accounts will never expire

Q: How can I reset my password?

A: You can reset your password by clicking on the password reset in My Account menu section. However:

  • The password reset links in emails will expire if you did not use it.
  • Links to password resets are only sent to the primary email address.

Q: How can I retrieve my username?

A: If you forgot your username you could retrieve by reseting you password. If you would like to do so follow the instructions in the previous question “How can I reset my password?

Q: What if I want to delete my account?

A: We’d hate to see you go! But we do understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to delete your account. You can do so at any time from the Subscription page in the Settings. Furthermore, when an account is deleted the email addresses associated with this account are also deleted.

Q: What type of account can I create?

A: We offer ONLY ONE type of account to access the content from our website. Once registered, you just joined and become a free member user. However, if you require more resources than what the free user account provides then please let us know and we will try our best to provide you with what you need.

Q: Can I change my email address?

No, you can not change your email address.

Your account profile only keep one email address per account. System will send notification to you during registration and will ask you to verify the email addressit by clicking a link in an email.
