This is an official standard Add On for Paid Memberships Pro, the most complete member management and membership subscriptions plugin for WordPress. This addon adds mailing or shipping address fields to the Paid Memberships Pro checkout.

Adds mailing or shipping address fields to the checkout page, confirmation page, confirmation emails, members list and edit user profile pages. Fields will automatically be captured for all membership levels.
